• higher education in road construction
• previous design work experience in the relevant field
• having the professional level of a certified road engineer
• knowledge of professional legislation, norms, and standards
• good ability to use design software
• openness, commitment, and innovativeness
• accuracy in performing tasks

• knowledge of Russian and/or English
• having a Category B driver's license

• possibility of remote work
