AS Infragate Eesti was founded in 2002. We have grown out of AS Eesti Veevärk and are one of the largest companies in our field in Estonia in the preparation and implementation of building, environmental, and infrastructure projects as designers, consultants, and providers of construction owner supervision. Our major contracting entities are the public and private sectors, developers, construction companies, network companies, and industries.
Building design from the draft plan to operational building design documentation. We offer complete solutions using the main design method (with project management and BIM coordination), as well as separate designs of each special part of the building. In cooperation with architects, we design everything from apartment buildings to commercial buildings, from commercial premises to industrial buildings, and from health and leisure centers to hospitals.
We carry out design work in the draft plan, preliminary, principal, and operational building design documentation stages in accordance with current laws, norms, and standards. We offer complete solutions for existing urban space and new developments, as well as the design of each technical network or facility separately.
We perform expert evaluations on building, infrastructure, road, and facility designs at all design documentation stages. Our experts can sharply identify contradictions in designs and point out shortcomings. The preparation of the work is based on the initial task of the Contracting Entity, which is to establish the objectives of the expert analysis of the design documentation.
We guarantee to the owner of the building the completion of high-quality construction according to the building design documentation all the way to obtaining the building permit. We offer a comprehensive service during which we check the correctness of the execution of all works, the environmental and occupational safety of construction objects, and the conformity and quality of the documentation of construction materials and the materials used. We have extensive experience in owner supervision of administrative and office buildings, commercial premises, apartment buildings, industrial buildings, and environmental and infrastructure objects.
We prepare development plans for public service infrastructure facilities, profitability analyses of investment projects, and financing applications in the fields of water management, energy, and heat management. We help create geoinfo databases and perform analyses based on geoinfo databases. We offer a full-service project management and contracting entity to implement projects in the fields of environment, infrastructure, and general engineering. We prepare procurement documents and carry out procurement procedures. We carry out expert evaluations in the environmental field.
