AS Infragate Eesti was founded in 2002. We have grown out of AS Eesti Veevärk and are one of the largest companies in our field in Estonia in the preparation and implementation of building, environmental, and infrastructure projects as designers, consultants, and providers of construction owner supervision. Our major contracting entities are the public and private sectors, developers, construction companies, network companies, and industries.
In 2008, we started offering design and owner supervision services in the field of general construction and roads, and since 2016, we have started developing the direction of building design, and today we are among the leading building design companies in Estonia in this field.
Today, we have long-term experience in the design of buildings in the social, business, industrial, and residential sectors. Since the early years of the company, we have carried out projects of utility networks and facilities, development plans and funding requests. In recent years, we have added to the design of urban streets and highways. In all the areas mentioned above, in addition to the preparation and design of building design documentation, we also offer construction owner supervision services.
We have more than 50 capable and experienced engineers in our team. Most of the employees have either a degree or an authorized construction engineer professional qualification. Depending on the nature of the work, we involve subcontractors and contract workers in the provision of services. We cooperate with other construction and consulting companies in the field, both at home and abroad.
The company is registered in the Economic Activity Register (MTR) to operate in 15 fields of activity.
We are a member of Estonian Waterworks Association, Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Estonian Digital Construction Cluster.
Many of our employees are members of the Estonian Association of Water and Wastewater Engineers and Members of the Estonian Society of Heating and Ventilation Engineers.
We have the ISO 9001 quality management certificate issued by the auditing company Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance in 2000 and the ISO 14001 environmental management system certificate from 2008, which prove that the company's service provision process meets international quality and environmental management standards and helps ensure a result that meets the contracting entity's expectations.
Our services have civil liability insurance for 500,000 euros.
